Springbrook Inn Riding Academy - Riding Lessons, Training and Boarding Available
The SIRA, which opened January 6, 2007, offers horseback riding lessons to both children and adults, ages 5 & up from beginner to advanced. Beginning students start in a small ring with private lessons to learn basic balance and control of their mounts. We offer teaching in most disciplines including western pleasure/showmanship, English equitation/showmanship, 4-H disciplines, barrels, poles, jumping, entry level dressage, trail riding, and coming soon...driving. The riding academy competes at local shows which students are encouraged to come to.
Safety is emphasized first, and then fun, in all of our lessons. But whether you are a weekend trail rider or a serious show competitor, SIRA can help you obtain your riding goals. We want to work with you to make and achieve those goals.

Training:
We train horses in most all disciplines. Training prices include board and training fees for 30 days. When the horses are boarded and being trained, they get hay and grain twice a day. The stalls get cleaned twice a day as well. We can train your horse from a yearling on ground manners and simple instruction to your older horse on conditioning with riding and working. All horses to be ridden need to be 3 years of age or older. To board, we need a copy of a current negative coggins. If you have any questions about training and our training methods, please feel free to call or email at (423) 568-3092 or ridingacademy@springbrook-inn.com
